It’s the sports team for my son and me. But I’ve also noticed that a lot of us have been having strange dreams or just experiencing some kind of negativity lately. I’ve been having weird dreams too. The strange part is that I can’t really remember them, but toward the end, there’s always this woman looking down at me or watching me—and I know who she is. My son’s nightmares are usually about monsters or dead bodies. I recently started limiting his Xbox time, and just yesterday, even though it caused a tantrum, I took the iPad away too. He ended up spending most of the day outside instead.

I dreamt that I 💀. I FELT it. Heaviness and then lightness, kind of floating feeling while at the same time "seeing" my energy fade. Kind of like when an old school TV is shutting off. And then seconds later, my alarm woke me up 😥 I'm still a little shaken up about it.
