@offenceregister: Gang Jailed For Firebombing Mother And 13-Year-Old Child 👇 FULL CASE DETAILS BELOW 👇 A mother and her 13-year-old child have been left with catastrophic, life-changing injuries after their home was petrol-bombed during a targeted revenge attack in Stoke-on-Trent. The attack took place at a property on Beverley Drive following a street brawl on Kildare Street hours earlier. Attackers smashed the ground-floor windows, poured petrol inside, and struck the mother on the head before setting the home ablaze, knowing the mother and child were trapped inside. Both victims were forced to jump from an upstairs window to escape the inferno. The mother suffered 65% burns, a broken pelvis, fractured ribs, and a lacerated liver, spending two months in an induced coma. Her 13-year-old child sustained severe burns that required extensive skin grafts. At Leicester Crown Court, seven men were sentenced for their roles in the attempted murder, arson, and violent disorder, following three men previously dealt with at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court. Shakil Uddin was jailed for 34 years; Ali Abbas for 25 years; Haris Mahmood for 24 years and nine months; Riyadh Iqbal and Lukman Khan for 12 and a half years each; Muhammad Sufyaan-Shah for 11 and a half years; and Tayyeb Majeed for 10 and a half years.
