@offenceregister: Martyn Hall Jailed Over 15 Years For Child Rape 👇 FULL CASE DETAILS BELOW 👇 Martyn Hall, aged 48, of Minster-on-Sea, has been sentenced to 15 years and six months' imprisonment at Maidstone Crown Court after being convicted of raping two children and possessing child abuse images while awaiting trial. Hall was initially arrested by Kent Police in May 2021 on the same day offences against his first victim were reported. As detectives progressed their enquiries, a second child victim was identified, resulting in multiple charges including rape and sexual assault of a child. While on bail awaiting trial, Hall was placed under an interim Sexual Harm Prevention Order. During routine compliance checks in August 2025, officers examined his mobile phone and discovered indecent images of children. Hall denied all charges, forcing the case to trial. A jury found him guilty on all counts. On Friday, 25 September 2026, the judge handed Hall an extended sentence comprising 15 and a half years in prison, with an additional year to be served on licence. He was also made subject to a 15-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and placed on the Sex Offenders Register for life.
