For those of you looking for an actual answer, it is called the Henry's Pocket (cutaneous marginal pouch), and the use is not fully know, though there are a few theories as to what it does. Scientist think it could be used to identify where a sound is coming from, make ear movements easier, or help with the effectiveness of angling the ear towards a sound.

That is called “Henry’s pocket” it helps with directing sound waves into their ears. I also don’t know who Henry is but that’s definitely his pocket.
