According to the laws in NYC they couldn’t be prosecuted because she too the alcohol and drugs willingly. ( this law is ridiculous) Allegedly also I would have got them for kidnapping if the drug thing was the hurdle because 7 hours is crazy on its own there’s no way she stood there for 7 hours willingly.
