Keep on 60hz full screen, v sync off even tho it says keep on full less input lag, BUFFER COUNT ON 1, and keep max anisotropy, and put antialiasing on 1

This was my first 2k I ofc wasn’t the best b it I hit all star 2 I rmeber being good at the end. My question is, is there a visual cue to the shot? Or is it just timing/rng? I use to green with timing with the right stick down, without knowing I’d green the angle as well making me better than most shooters. But coming back I haven’t got on but I want to know if I can just turn on meter off and shoot of visual cue
