Whoa. I did a did a spell to rid myself of something that been affecting me. It’s the first time I’ve done one. And I didn’t have what I needed, like a candle. So I wrote it on a piece of paper, folded it 3 times away from me, then burned it and said I free myself from it. This is a very true story. I burnt it with a lighter in the BBQ.
