When I go to the rancho and I have my period. I also just lay down , take medication and rest. I don’t just pull through. And my Mexican aunts or people make me tea. I don’t understand why you don’t do the same and just rest. I’m sure his family will understand.

they sell tampons here in Michoacan try Walmart,oxxo, Bodega second they have better pain medicine here than the USA any pharmacy has the 800 ibuprofen over the counter there are currently like 6000 USA citizen women here in Michoacan due to Deportation since 2011

I got my period in MX and was able to find some pads+tampons at a grocery store and there was a little gift inside it and the packaging was hello kitty. I was in Lagos de Moreno Jalisco

i’m Hispanic, and I stopped using tampons because I would bleed right through them and had endometriosis, and I went to the Diva Cup.. it took me three months to get used to it. And I swear by it

I live in the border so we do have a lot of Mexican Pharmacies here and trust me best medicine ever . I’ve been dealing with really bad cramps and I have never found anything like mx medicine 💊 .

Cinammon tea helps with cramps ask suegra for cinnamon sticks to make cinnamon tea. My mom made us that for cramps.

I was in Oaxaca in a very small town I went to the corner store and asked for tampons and the girl was so confused I had to explain and once she figured out she those were for swimming so no not really common in small towns
