@thatchirowithtattoos: Hypermobile girlies, let’s strengthen your shoulders. 4 out of 5 people with HSD (hypermobility spectrum disorder) deal with shoulder pain or instability. A clinical trial tested these exact five exercises, and people improved whether they lifted heavy or light, and were still better a year later. Start light: 3 sets of 10, three times a week. Save this for your next workout 💪 #hypermobility #hypermobileehlersdanlossyndrome #ehlersdanlos #ehlersdanlossyndrome #shoulderpain
I had to do physical therapy for my shoulder and did 4/5 of these excercises and realized how weak they were

do you have exercises for hips? I am hypermobile but I also have hip deformities so strengthening them is important for my stability! would love to see more content 💓

would love similar recommendations for elbow and wrist strengthening! I'm a hyper mobile massage therapist who could really use more support in all parts of my arm!

Sooo this would throw my traps into a flare and give me a migraine for a few days. Any ideas on how to avoid that?

Is there anything for the neck? My shoulder pain leads into my neck, pinching my nerves and giving me headaches. Unsure how I can safely strength my cervical spine? lol

Please make more of these! I find it so hard in general to work out because my body can be so weak for certain exercises, making it harder to even begin to strengthen those muscles. If you have any for hip flexors and legs that would be so helpful!!

Could you please provide some cues for these shoulder exercises? And where we should be feeling the exercise and where we shouldn’t? I think that’s the hardest part of exercise since a lot of our bodies use other muscles to compensate for the weak ones. I try some of these but I feel it in my traps and medial scapula border!

Any advice on stabilizing ankles and knees? I severely struggle with my balance have never found something that truly works since I don’t have enough control for lunges.
