Bought this Kamito Alpha X last April 18,2026. I rarely use this paddle since I have a fulltime work and can only afford to play during my restday. First issue was after a month of playing (May 18, 2026) a strange line at the center face of the paddle appeard, I visited the store were I bought the paddle but they said that the 3 months warranty is only for CORE CRUSH ISSUE. I even contacted the Kamito fb and IG pages but they referred me back to the store. With that, I lost hope of having the first issue resolved. Fast forward (June 11, 2026) second issue was a loose edge guard. I returned to the store hoping they would replace the paddle. They reiterated that the warranty is only for core crush issue and offered that they will just fix it buy putting a glue on the loose edge. So i left my paddle at the store for them to fix it. After a week, I retured to the store and was surprised, yes they fixed the loose edge guard but the paddle has a lot of visible excess glue on the face and on the edge guard of the paddle. (Hugay kaayu lantawun) so what they did was to offer me either to change the edge tape or the grip tape. The funny part was the store even mentioned that the paddle still has the warranty until July 18, 2026 🤣 #neveragain #kamito #kamitoph #pickleball
