I have a lot of palo azul. I bring it from Mexico. I use it everyday a regular water for 20 days and then stop 10 days and do it all over again. Since I started drinking this I stop with surgeries. I produce kidney stones at lease 5 times a year and have been dealing with this for over 25 years .

you don't need to boil it , leave it over night on the water, that's why is called blue wood or blue stick , the blue comes about when is done in cold water. same benefits and can be reused more times then boiling it
