It’s should just be equal. If the child is with the mom then the dad pays support and gets the child for a time. If the man has custody of the child, the woman pays support and gets the child for some time. There shouldn’t be any buyers remorse. If you made a child then take responsibility.

Isn’t the simpler option if you have kids the man has a choice of 50-50 custody and feet does that he shouldn’t have to pay child support. Seems more fair. You both chose to have sex. The woman ultimately gets to choose if she’s having a baby or not it’s her body, if the signs away his rights to the child while she’s pregnant, she shouldn’t have to pay, but she should have zero access to the child like a sperm donation
