Yes- 45 and noticed my ears smelled worse more often, not that I didnt wash them before but its a dedicated process to clean my ears and really get in my earrings with my wash cloth every day

Some people shower in the morning and I think that’s nasty. I shower before bed and my sheets. Stay clean a lot longer.

thats why in Islam before praying we do our wudu means washing rituals .. and one of that wash behind your ears... and that 5 times a day! and sciences they found out now! Thank God for Islam!
