We have two of them with multiple 3 exit points. We rescued all 9 of our cats and they are inside with access to an outdoor catio. We have these shelters in the outdoor catio because they love to be outside even when it’s cold. They work great! In warm weather we just take the heated pads out. Worth the money.

Well, I had a nice cat house and a male cat kept spraying on it so then my outdoor girl cat wouldn’t use it anymore. What’s the material? Is it cleanable on outside

It isn't "heated" if it doesn't plug into an outlet. using a cat's own body heat doesn't qualify as heated. stop false advertising.
