Time and time again, local residents tell me, and my Lib Dem colleagues, that one of their major issues, locally, is the rat infestations around their homes. And who can argue when the city is strewn with sites like this - Flytipping, left over bins, and a refusal to remove if not in a bin, when the council is removing the much needed extra bins!!!
