India does not produce oil but its the largest refining country in the world. Crude will be imported. Nigeria had for along time rxporting crude and importing refined products before Dangote arrived.

Which guarantee do they have they will receive commercially sustainable amount of crude oil? Our neighbors UG and TZ are clearly not intending to supply to us, Somalia ain’t stable enough. I feel like someone knows something we are missing.

I am praying it works,at the same time the government should focus thoroughly on energy production, currently we have 4 GW this is an embarrassment..we should be aiming for 20GW or more by 2040 or else we will never archive any meaningful industrial development
