Super Soft ✨ Burger Buns 🍔 Homemade, of course! - 3/4 cup warm water - 3 Tbsp honey - 2 1/4 tsp yeast - 3 Tbsp unsalted butter ( room temp. ) - 1 large egg ( room temp. ) - 3 1/4 cups flour - 1 1/4 tsp salt - 1 egg + 2 Tbsp milk Combine water, honey and yeast Allow the yeast to bloom and become foamy; this process should take about 8-10 minutes. In a stand mixer, combine flour, salt, water mixture, egg and butter. Using a dough hook, knead on low speed until a smooth batter forms. Rest the dough for 1 hour. Deflate the dough, divide into equal pieces, shape each piece into a smooth ball. Cover and let rest for 1 hour. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 egg and 2 Tbsp milk. Brush and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15-18 minutes on 375F. #homemadebuns #hamburgerbuns #homemade #organicingredients #fyp
