I use nothing but ultra lite set ups because its easier on my hands and arms.. what can you suggest for good bass fishing this time of year with an ultra lite set up? I usually just use whatever on them but hoping you can suggest something better.

why such heavy line and rod for all of them. I normally fish a medium rod, and 12-14 pound floro, I’m curious if that’s setting me back? I really like set ups a bit lighter, what’s the pros to fishing heavier gear? Other than punching grass and froggin, I understand the benefits to them.
