Hii just a quick tip. Taking multivitamins can actually be a little tricky because a lot of the vitamins that are put into one pill fight each other for absorption. Like calcium and iron shouldn’t be taken together or zinc and iron or vitamin C and b12 etc. Just lyk so if you need more of one vitamin, maybe try to take it outside of the multivitamin as well.
