@bangersandburritos: Sunday roast dinner in the crockpot, and apparently the finished product is none of your business because I was too excited to eat it. 😂 I put a 3 lb chuck roast in the crockpot with beef bouillon paste, beef stock, baby Yukon Gold potatoes, carrots, chopped celery, and garlic. Cooked it on HIGH for 4 hours, then took the roast out, shredded it, and removed the fat. Served it with Texas toast for soaking up all that goodness. Please imagine a beautiful final plate.
