Yes she needs to be tried as an adult. She know what she was doing. She’s not a baby and then she thinks it’s funny and it was cute. I need to give her everything that they would give an adult when it comes to the crime she committed I don’t take this very lightly and I hope the system doesn’t either. She doesn’t deserve to get away with what she did. Don’t care how old she is at 12 you know right from wrong and she did wrong so she did the crime she needs to do the time and that’s my opinion.
