Trying this exact technique got me knocked out. Took a left hook when I threw to the body. I was told I didn’t go down. I just kind of stumbled away and stood off in the corner. I was told after I got it together that I finished sparring and even hung out after. I do not remember any of this. I drove home even got jack in the box. Which I shouldn’t have gotten because I had a fight in less than a month. Don’t remember eating, going to bed nothing. I remember getting in my car and then waking up in my bed.
