nikiii . i want to ask you something . whats your opinion on lactation consultants that promote pumping way more frequently instead of educating breastfeeding mom to breastfeed directly from the tab?

Nicki hi! I’ve been breast feeding for almost 9 months now it’s going fine and such but can you touch on what breastfeeding mamas should prioritizing nutrition wise and hydration I think this doesn’t get touched upon enough and I think it is important and myself still have trouble prioritizing what I should be eating in order to have good milk output but also by the end of the day not feel sooo depleted because I feel like I have been getting more and more depleted I’m not sure if it correlates or not!

We’re having a really hard time getting a good latch 5 days PP following C section but we’re getting lots of wet diapers and poop. The latch just isn’t right though. Any tips?
