Them not doing an abdominal scan at this point is inexcusable! It should have been done on day 1!! Have they checked his kidney function? If he’s not urinating, they need to check it. They need to scan his kidneys too! If he was beaten enough to have broken ribs, he could have a damaged or ruptured kidney. They also need to give home something to help his bowels move.
