i recently faced corporate jealousy 10 days ago. I just joined a company as marketing execute instantly after I sent the marketing deep report to the owner on his request from my known. He offered me the job which I accepted. The day I joined, started the internal politics and corporate jealousy: The marketing manager on the very first day felt threatened from me due to this report. He said to me on the first meeting that the report is valueless and vague. To which I answered politely that the owner is senseless and foolish who accepted it and offered me the job instantly and who knows the business better: you or the owner! He has no replies for these counter questions. He then started building things against me secretly with his close friend (the HR head). He was meant to give me everything necessary for the job but he didn't even upon my request. Further I managed to do each and everything on my own and compiled the master marketing strategy report and directly delivered to the owner. But til then they both had already submitted the negative report to the owner through the immense influence of the HR guy. So can you believe within just 15 days they succeeded to get me fired from the owner which was supposed to be 3 months at least as a probation period. (Every company must give at least 3 months as probation period). This is the reality of corporate world. Plz share your remarks on this.
