Used to work at a Publix Deli, of of the 10th busiest ones in the United States, we would fry thousands of wings, fried chicken etc. It stayed pass out hot back there especially in the summertime. Companies gotta ad some better air flow to the back of these kitchens

kitchens need air conditioning, if a commercial kitchen reaches over 90°f employees get a 10 minute break I believe every couple hours

I had to have someone remind me when i started having hot flashes(radiation induced) Heat escapes through your feet and your head, anything cold on the top of your head , shoes off, feet on the cold ground. It doesn’t take it away, but it helps get through it quicker.
