For one, yeah he probably does find them attractive. Two, I find other men attractive. If you’re in a healthy relationship you understand that. You’re committed, not blind. What matters though, is respect. If you’re with someone who doesn’t make you feel secure that’s the issue.

I will say sometimes it’s not the current partner. It’s the damage from before. My ex would sexualise women and I have been left so insecure. My fiance never does this but the threat still feels very real for me. I assume he will look and it’s a huge trigger! Takes a patient partner to help heal this.
