@dailydose.blog: A 20-year-old phone seller, Olusola Olumide, has reportedly narrated how he allegedly crushed a police sergeant to death in Lagos. According to reports, police officers were conducting stop-and-search operations along Olugbede Street in the Egbeda area when they signalled Olumide to stop. He initially stopped but allegedly sped off as Sergeant Johnson Okediji approached the driver’s side. The officer was reportedly knocked down and dragged underneath the vehicle for several metres, despite attempts by police officers and passers-by to get the driver to stop. Olumide was eventually chased and arrested. Sergeant Okediji sustained multiple fractures and head injuries. He was taken to a nearby hospital before being referred to Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), where he was pronounced dead on arrival. #Dailydoseblog🌎🚨 #Lagos #NigeriaNews #BreakingNews #Police
