@the_30_rule: Restaurant Owners: You can still make a sale without earning another visit. The guest ordered. They paid. You moved on. But what did that interaction teach them about coming back? Can they count on the product? Did they feel welcome? Do they trust your team to treat them well again? Every visit gives you an opportunity to build that trust. Remember a preference. Follow through on a promise. Give someone your attention. Deliver the experience they’ve learned to expect from you. That’s hospitality your team can practice every day. Think about your own favorite restaurant. You walk in with an expectation of what you’ll get and how you’ll be treated. Your guests are building those same expectations with every interaction. So when you talk to your team about a successful shift, talk about the relationships you’re building, too. Who did we get to know? What did we learn about them? What did we do that would make them want to come back? Treat their trust like something you have to earn every time. #RestaurantLeadership #HospitalityTraining #GuestExperience #RestaurantManagement #GuestLoyalty
