Replace the harmonic dampner on the crank which allows for movement that wears out the vacuum pump the aftermarket pump from Oreillys actually is quite reliable I had a 97 f350 with the 7.3 I used fluid dampner hydraulic harmonic balancer

Check the alignment of the pulleys and belt, if it’s off it could be causing it to wear prematurely
