WILLY STOOD ALL DAY… 😔 That’s how he chose to spend what could be his final hours. 💔 He didn’t lie down. He didn’t curl up. He just stood there in his kennel, quiet, still, staring out as if he’s waiting for someone to tell him this isn’t the end. 🥺 Willy is scheduled for euthanasia in 48 hours unless surgery saves him. 😢 He is very sick. The vet diagnosed him with a severe cranial abscess and infected skull trauma — a life-threatening condition affecting his head. The swelling presses against sensitive nerves, causing constant pain, disorientation, weakness, and risk of the infection spreading to his brain. 😞 He needs urgent surgery to remove the infected tissue, drain the abscess, and stop the spread before it becomes fatal. Without surgery, euthanasia is the only option. 😭 We need $180 to save Willy and cover emergency surgery, hospitalization, antibiotics, and recovery care. 💔 But Willy’s suffering didn’t start here. We rescued him from a dog meat seller. He was tied among other terrified dogs, waiting. He could hear the screams. He could smell the fear. He watched others disappear. 😢 When we got there, the seller was ready to slaughter him next. Willy didn’t fight when we untied him. He just leaned into us. 🥺 Even after everything, he still trusts. 💔 The trauma to his head likely happened during that time — blunt force, untreated wounds, infection spreading silently.
