For Camden- Make sure you read every word in lease. We unfortunately had a mold issue (many do if they’re facing 1st Ave N). They asked us to sign an NDA and they do have a section in their lease that residents can file a class action lawsuit. Beautiful, but had many issues :(

Beautiful!! If there is only one pool and a lot of apartments, it usually means the pool is always crowded. Just something to think about.

I lived in 930 for 3 years with my boyfriend and loved it! If you get a 2/2 there’s dual showers in the master and the closets are huge! But the pool does only get sun half the day.
