We had two surgeries two days apart my sons senior year and daughters sophomore year. Shoulder surgery for my son daughter had knee surgery. You will get through this!

my son had the same break. plate and screws. it gets better. he made a full recovery. his collar bone was piercing into the skin. PT is soo important. you got this mama

Us moms know when our babies are hurt my little man broke his elbow playing soccer and instantly knew something was wrong and it wasn’t just a simple fall now that he’s playing again I get nervous when he falls 😩

Call your pediatrician. My middle child was like this and our ped. Had us do a low dose of children's melatonin and it was only for a couple of months until he developed better sleep patterns.

I worked with an amazing sleep consultant (Stellar sleep) - she can help!! She made a plan and got my son sleeping on his own in his own bed in 2 nights

Get the lady a tv on her wall. Teach her how to use the clicker. This is shitty parenting advice, but I couldn’t take it one more freaking day. I did this for my son (allllll my other kids just stayed in bed and slept) I don’t regret a thing. Taught him how to use the clicker and it makes him feel safe, if you fall asleep, I turned the volume down, but other than that, I leave it on all night for the light. It’s changed the game.

This may sound mean but hear me out. Your daughter loves her brothers big, maybe using brothers injury a little to get her to stay in bed and sleep may help. Tell her brother had surgery he is hurting he needs mommy and daddy we need you to be a big girl for brother and stay in your bed to sleep so we can be there for brother.
