@abcworldnews: A plaza was transformed into a temporary floating market in Bangkok, Thailand, as floodwaters continued to inundate parts of the Thai capital.   Video shows vendors selling fish, vegetables and other goods while wading through floodwaters as people waded and floated on makeshift rafts to visit the stalls.   Bangkok is among 41 provinces across Thailand hit by floods that killed at least eight people and impacted more than 580,000 homes, the interior ministry said.
