Does he really understand what he is saying ? For already registered vehicle. If a car is already registered why must the vehicles go through the same process. The DVLA needs to be sued . We haven't forced you to bring new vehicle registration. Already registered vehicles are not supposed to pay anything .DVLA you cannot play games on Ghanaians .

we don't even have number plates currently in Kumasi dvla as at today. I work there so i know what am talking about. Network issues and lack of committed workers. Let's wait and see☺️😊
