people just sending 1 singular unserious sticker does NOT help btw long comments help better. for everyone who is struggling, please hold on. there is someone out there meant to be the person who holds you on those hard nights, there is a better road ahead and i know it is hard to see it right now. it will get better, you have probably heard it a thousand times, it gets annoying but i promise you, in a few years when you are healed it will be something you look back on. if you have people to text, whether its family or friends, you have reasons to stay. one day at a time, grab a coffee with a friend, rip up a page of homework you just cant figure out, go out and enjoy the world in the night when its quiet. you do not need to prove you are enough to someone who sees what you don’t see in yourself. you are more than just a daughter or son or child, more than just a person. you are unique, with your hobbies, your life, your humor, your skills, your interests. there is a better road ahead, don’t let yourself derail before you see it. i know it is hard, but you are worth more than what you see in the mirror, you are worth more than the empty words that one voice in your head constantly tells you. your story isnt over for a reason, because there is something better for you just out of reach and you deserve to be able to reach it. you are loved, even when it doesnt feel like it. you are loved, even when you dont want to hear it. you are enough, even with a failing grade or having to stretch money out for your kiddos. you are doing amazing, even though you dont see it. i know it is hard, but you are closer to the stars than those voices in your head ever will be. you are enough. you are loved. you are cherished. you are worth people just sending 1 singular unserious sticker does NOT help btw long comments help better.for everyone who is struggling, please hold on. there is someone out there meant to be the person who holds you on those hard nights, there is a better road ahead and i know it is hard to see it right now.

Faire une bonne action peut sembler être un geste simple, parfois même insignifiant. Pourtant, derrière un sourire, une main tendue, quelques mots d’encouragement ou un peu de temps offert, il peut y avoir un véritable impact. Aider quelqu’un ne change pas forcément le monde entier, mais cela peut changer la journée, l’espoir ou même la vie d’une personne. Une bonne action rappelle à celui qui la reçoit qu’il n’est pas seul, qu’il compte et que la bienveillance existe encore. Mais faire le bien ne profite pas uniquement à celui qui reçoit. Cela fait également du bien à celui qui donne. Être utile, apporter du réconfort ou contribuer à quelque chose de positif procure un sentiment de satisfaction, de fierté et d’accomplissement. Cela peut aussi renforcer notre confiance en nous et nous donner le sentiment d’avoir réellement compté, ne serait-ce qu’un instant. Et surtout, la gentillesse est contagieuse. Une personne aidée peut, à son tour, avoir envie d’aider quelqu’un d’autre. Un petit geste peut donc en entraîner un autre, puis un autre encore… jusqu’à créer une véritable chaîne de solidarité. On n’a pas besoin d’être riche, puissant ou exceptionnel pour faire une différence. Parfois, quelques secondes, un partage, un commentaire, une écoute ou un geste sincère suffisent. Parce qu’au fond, faire une bonne action, c’est semer un peu de lumière dans la vie de quelqu’un. Et parfois, sans même le savoir, on devient la lumière dont quelqu’un avait besoin ce jour-là. ❤️
