But one or two a year isn't slow. That's just what the start looks like. Because it isn't only the money that stacks up. Your first one teaches you what you didn't know. The second gets done quicker. And by the third or fourth, other things start happening. An agent rings you before it hits the market. Someone offers to put money in without you asking. A broker gets you a deal you couldn't have got two years ago. That's the real compounding. Your credibility grows faster than your bank balance does, and the credibility is what buys the next ten.
