@budexplodes: In Minecraft, a creeper can spawn inside your house if there is a valid spot with a block light level of 0. That means complete darkness. Light level 1 is already enough to stop a naturally spawning creeper in that spot. However, creeper cats are an anomaly in the new update. They can spawn up to light level 3 and may be tamed with gunpowder. Creeper cats also teleport when startled, often by their own reflection or seeing another of their kind. When this happens they are more on edge and likely to explode. #furry
