If I have a large lump of cash should I invest it or drop it on the new minted drop?

I find it hard to decide what to do with my ‘short term’ savings. I invest a decent chunk of my salary each month and im still relatively young (24). I realise i do need some money available in the short term for buying a house for example, but leaving it in the bank seems like its not the move, especially with local interest rates (im from Belgium). Anyone have some advice?

The math favours lump sum on average, not necessarily at today’s valuation. At ~20x forward P/E, you can’t dismiss valuation just because earnings revisions are positive

I’d buy a place, pay it off. Then invest in VOO and SCHD until It covers my expenses

Any thoughts on LETF strategies like 9-sig or 200SMA?
