Janitor here…I used to put multiple bags but they just throw the pad in between like it’s a tiny trash can and also people would steal them YES PEOPLE STEAL ANYTHING so now I only put one and open it up wide enough for them to actually put it in the bag. 🤦♀️

Not true. I'm a housekeeper. The reason of it being one is cause inside the stall its kept inside with the lid closed to prevent odors. As we clean the restrooms we dispose of them right away. If everybody disposed of them in the trash cans outside the stalls it would smell. I guarantee that bathroom smells funky 😅
