Thats really interesting. Theres a jujitsu expression that goes, “The more you know, the less you use, to use less, you need to know more” . Generally not everything is in your spotlight but if its been there b4 then its only a matter of bringing it into the foreground. In a sense, we do forget what is non essential but also everything you’ve learned is in your awareness. So its never gone. Its just in the dark. Love the shredding method. Will apply🫱🏾🫲🏼
