The energy unleashed when you’re angry should not be underestimated. In a fit of genuine rage, I practically cursed my narcissistic brother-in-law to hell. Shortly afterward, he had to be rushed to the hospital by an emergency medical team. He didn’t die. He had a blocked artery in his heart. But he didn’t learn anything from it.

The MOST successful of my spells have been those that I’ve done while emotional! For all the reasons you’ve just said. It raises the energy to super powerful levels,focuses the intention, and makes the direction more precise. And I feel sooo much better afterward because I’ve released it through the spell.

For me it depends on the casting but I have done baneful work while in a mad rage over something & it worked very well, perhaps a little too well. But I have also done baneful work while calm, cold & calculating. This too worked really well but gave a very different outcome. So now I can choose chaos & destruction or targeted strikes based on which I feel is what is right for the situation & for myself, coz let’s face it your not going baneful work to be nice!
