@chloebymari: Patchen Pumpkin Farm is one of the most adorable pumpkin patches located just south of the Bay Area, amongst the Santa Cruz mountains 🎃 Join early in the day for a leasurely stroll or join from 3-6 pm for chill vibe with wine and drinks! They had a variety of snacks such as pumpkin pie, apple donuts, cider, popcorn, caramel apples and even warm coffee. You all know we have leaving Chloe Jane the Chihuahua behind so we were super excited to stumble upon this spot - she was able to walk freely and pick her own pumpkin! 🍂 This farm also doubles as a Christmas tree farm so you can join in the winter to pick a tree and enjoy some hot cider 🍎 #bayareapumpkinpatch #santacruz #fallhiddengems #patchen #patchenpumkinpatch
