use pea sized amount make sure face is completely dry wait 10-15 min use serum moisturizer its easier after that use sunscreen

genuinely need advice rn.I got prescribed 20% azelaic acid(the rest of i applied was not advised so i choosed) it made my skin worse my redness worse. I introduced it with just a small pea once a day wait 2-3days then i did 1pea for 2 days then i did 2,5cm of creme moring and before bed like recommendations for when you have introduced it.After like 2 months the purging was still there it wouldn't stop, i was just thinking at one point my skin barrier is just irritated the purging was not usual,i had like 10purges they disappeared <1week, came seperate ,so as of now im continue to only wash my face at night no products except a low ingredient hyaluronic acid for moisture.My Redness on the cheeks have calmed,the purges are going down and it returned to baseline in 2 weeks.That however isn't optimal im at baseline so right now the protocol is 1 product only wash at night i never tried that before.I'm hoping it will reduce it self eventually ,less redness overall,less acne.But now i need advice hop on again, introduce even more slowly,try something different,or give it more rest.Ah and by the way if my skin calms down enough,i will start microneedling for enlarged pores in two small parts of my facial skin area . I rank it like that,Moderate acne,Moderate redness,mild enlarged pores in 2 parts, and a little clogged pores but i can easily fix that so keep that aside.And thanks for any advice!
