So to be clear Israel does not give them electricity? They don't allow Gaza to build the infrastructure for electricity so the only way to get electricity into Gaza is via Israeli electricity companies but the funding for that comes from the PA. That doesn't stop Israel from cutting off that supply rendering many hospitals dysfunctional.
