💯💯💯 Journaling helped me to see every side of a problem. What you write, you invite. Writing down allows the mind to release it and let it live on paper. You can see what is going on in your mind. Work through it in the present.

I never knew it had a name - I struggled to understand it for years and always thought it was a curse, it's harder to stand up for yourself when you can see the other person's perspective. it's only now in my 50's I can see how much of a superpower it is

I've really come to understand this because for years, people that I just met would tell me very deeply about, their thoughts or problems. And they always felt that I was the kind of person they could just say anything to unfortunately, when you get close enough to a person that they should be able to do the same for you.It tends to get more complicated
