@sincerelychristinep: I couldn’t just keep wasting hours trying to fix the starter that I had originally created. Day one and two were amazing and somehow somewhere I messed something up. So I decided to buy this really good digital scale and will be using a system to hopefully get some really good starter and start making some sourdough bread. I mean, why does this have to be so hard?
