@rosemary.altea: The first time you laugh after someone you love has died, you may feel a pang of guilt. You may think, “How can I be laughing when they’re no longer here?” Here’s what the Spirit World wants you to know: They don’t want you to feel guilty for smiling. They’re happy to see you getting on with your life. They’re happy when they see you experience a moment of joy, laughter, or happiness. Your grief does not measure how much you loved them. You can miss someone deeply and still laugh. You can cry one moment and smile the next. Joy doesn’t mean you’ve forgotten them. It means you’re still living and that’s what the spirit world wants most for you. That glimpse of happiness is something to celebrate. 🦋 Sometimes the smallest moments of joy can bring the biggest wave of emotion. ❤️ Have you experienced this? #GriefSupport #GriefAndLoss #SpiritWorld #LifeAfterDeath #Mediumship
My teenage grandson makes me laugh and I know his Poppop is happy too. He (my husband) was the one who always made me laugh and it feels good when I can again. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.👏💙
