Gorchic’s goal is to make sure every customer is happy with their bag. That’s why we do a quality check before shipping and provide different after-sales solutions depending on each customer’s situation. We truly hope everyone can find a bag they love at Gorchic! ❤️

And I’ve seen so many say they’re not a legit company and one friend didn’t receive her item and they never resolved the issue.

Beware!!!!! Mine smelled like plastic leather. Customer service is a joke instead of trying to replace your bag or make it good. All they wanna do is give you a discount on your next bag.Who wants the next bag?

Love that they send you a preview vs just waiting like a month to receive your yellow app package and then hate it 😩 thank you!

Gorchic is so much better! 90% of what I bought on the yellow app is crap that I can't even give away!
