Best thing I've bought to wash my rice. Pour in rice, add cold water, use hand, and pour out the starch or in a container if you use it. My rice water usually turns clear after 3-4 times

Question. It was advised to not only wash it till completely clear, but to also soak it over night then wash it again the next morning. Something about the water removes the starch but the overnight soak removes the excess arsenic? Please, if anyone knows the answer I would appreciate it
